Overview:

The primary company representative responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial and utility solar power plant projects. Directs and supervises activities related to project bidding, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed in a high quality, profitable, safe and zero incident manner. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. The Project Manager, Commercial & Utility Projects shall be responsible for managing multiple installations at any given time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with current solar technology preferred
  • Computer experience required, creating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Software Programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process in-house bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
  • Analyze regular vs. overtime hours for accuracy
  • Enter and maintain employee pay data, update payroll records as needed
  • Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time
  • Update employee payroll deductions and verify deductions match enrollment report
  • Perform employment verifications when requested
  • Research and resolve pay issues
  • Review insurance billings to accurately reconcile between bill, payments and deductions
  • Participate in year-end payroll tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial Acts, Codes and Regulations
  • Prepare special reports for management and external audits
