The aim of herein Confidentiality Policy; is to regulate the matters regarding the use of data given by the user during the use of Internet site being operated from www.in-tecenergy.com address by INTEC ENERGY SOLUTIONS (“INTEC”) or collected by INTEC in other ways. Confidentiality Policy is the annex and integral part of Terms of Use.

INTEC may disclose the communication and training information delivered to itself to employees, subcontractors and affiliated organizations which should know in the direction of purposes and scope determined by herein Confidentiality Policy, however, shall not disclose to other third part parties. Within this scope, INTEC undertakes to keep personal information private and confidential and assume this a confidentiality provision.

The Privacy Policy indicates the categories of personal information INTEC collects, the ways in which it is collected, and the legal basis and purposes for which INTEC may use, transfer or disclose it.

INTEC acquires your information when you send an inquiry or provide INTEC with information electronically by any means (e.g., online form, email), in which case you may be asked to provide, among other things: your name, the name of the entity you represent, your address, your phone number, your email address, the industry you represent.

Since INTEC is a global company, your personal data may be transferred to countries with a different level of data protection than that applicable in the country where you provided your data. INTEC may acquire the information about users’ using the Site by using Cookie which is a technical communication file. The said technical communication files are small text files sent by a web site, member or user to the browser in order to be stored on main storage Technical communication file stores the status and preferred settings about a website and facilitate the use of Internet in this regard. In addition, INTEC does not intend to process your personal data automatically for the purpose of determining and evaluating certain personal factors, including but not limited to analyzing or forecasting aspects of your performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement.

INTEC takes all reasonable measures to process your data for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy for the shortest possible time.

We process your data for as long as necessary:
-  for the purposes for which we obtained them; where processing is based on the consent you have given us, no longer than until you withdraw your consent; 
- for the performance of legal obligations or other processing purposes, as well as longer in connection with legal requirements for data retention and documentation of such obligations - until such purposes are fulfilled or the obligations cease or are fulfilled.

-  for the period during which claims can be brought against INTEC,
- if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject; or
- if the legitimate interest requires further storage (e.g. for evidential purposes).

As soon as your personal data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or anonymized to the extent possible.

You have the right to:

d) restriction of processing - it comes down to the determination of the path of action in situations of dispute between the employer and you, but also in other cases when you have an interest in it;

e) right to data portability - consists of the possibility for you to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you and then to send the personal data to another controller without being prevented from doing so by the controller to whom the personal data was provided;

f) the right to object - the right to object results in the prohibition of further processing of personal data, if the legal basis for the processing was a legitimate interest. The controller shall no longer be permitted to process such personal data unless the controller demonstrates that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

g) right to withdraw consent - with regard to personal data provided on a voluntary basis, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of such data may be exercised at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal. This Privacy Policy applies only to the INTEC Sites and does not apply to third-party websites. We may provide links to other websites that we think may be of interest to you. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the data protection standards of such websites or accept responsibility for the content of websites other than the Sites.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website to which we link from the Sites if it is a website that is not owned by INTEC. Providing link to other applications and platforms over the Site is possible and INTEC has no liability regarding the confidentiality implementations and contents of these applications and platforms.

INTEC may change herein Privacy Policy at any time on the condition of publishing on the Site. Privacy Policy provisions amended by INTEC become effective on the date when they are published on the Site.
