Responsibilities:
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Market identification, investigation & knowledge
  • Propose and develop markets strategy (BD, legal setup, local requirements, ...)
  • Identify, contact, and establish a relationship with targeted customers with the view of generating leads and request for quotations
  • Leads Go/No Go discussions in relation to new leads and RFQs
  • Coordinates the communication with the clients and internally during bid preparation
  • Prepares proposals and defines the appropriate price levels necessary to secure projects, with respect to the company’s target profit margin and in line with the approval procedure
  • Leads the commercial discussions and negotiations until the contract award
  • Coordinates with operational teams for handover upon the award
  • Leads commercial aspects of ongoing projects in coordination with the project manager
  • Participate in the internal tender approval process for the bids where it is required
  • Collect information relating to the bids and organize it in a way to support continuous improvement of the bidding process.
  • Actively propose actions and take part in the continuous improvement process
  • Contribute to the overall global success of our company.

Qualifications:

Job Description

Overview

Reliable Site Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Duties

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Review the work progress on daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Developing the program of work and strategy for making the project happen
  • Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials
  • Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to
  • Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
  • Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of payroll practices and related provincial and federal legislation

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process in-house bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
  • Analyze regular vs. overtime hours for accuracy
  • Enter and maintain employee pay data, update payroll records as needed
  • Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time
  • Update employee payroll deductions and verify deductions match enrollment report
  • Perform employment verifications when requested
  • Research and resolve pay issues
  • Review insurance billings to accurately reconcile between bill, payments and deductions
  • Participate in year-end payroll tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial Acts, Codes and Regulations
  • Prepare special reports for management and external audits
  • Receive, review and action PANs for payroll purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences or Business Administration faculties of universities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting practices.
  • Having knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations, following the legislative changes closely.,
  • Experienced in carrying out accounting transactions in accordance with the legislation, accounting procedures and regulations and executing the control mechanism.
  • İn charge of trial balance control, month and year-end closing processes.
  • Ability to manage current account reconciliations.
  • Experienced in Cost Accounting, proficient in fixed asset transactions and calculations.
  • Experienced in VAT, Withholding, Stamp Duty Declarations, BA-BS Forms, Provisional Tax Declaration, Gekap and Corporate Tax Declarations.
  • E-Invoice, E-Ledger and E-Archive processes.
  • Experienced in Zirve and ERP programs
  • Able to use MS Office programs very well.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferably with SMMM license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Control and follow-up of accounting transactions.
  • Ensuring that reconciliations of customer current accounts and invoicing of foreign exchange differences are carried out together with the relevant team members.
  • Providing support to the accounting manager in guiding the accounting team regarding the registration of accounting and accounting issues in the ERP or Zirve environment and ensuring that the relevant transactions are carried out correctly in accordance with the legislation.
