Abderrahmane Ould Abdellahi has over 18 years of executive and leadership experience in the energy sector, with achievements that include numerous multi-million-dollar in-project agreements and the establishment of solid partnerships with reputable companies. He received a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.

He has been involved in numerous merger/acquisition/integration initiatives over the past 13 years, conducting due diligence studies and providing go/no-go recommendations, and has initiated and followed through on many major deals that have yielded both immediate and long-term benefits. Throughout the business development lifecycle, he leverages his specialized product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations, making use of his strong negotiation skills.

In the role of Chairman, he is strong motivator of the team, and is a highly respected partner and focused project executer among the senior executives. With more than 18 years of experience in client and contractor work environments, he has provided customized solutions in multi-disciplinary projects, with track record of 1000MW in completion.

He founded INTEC in December 2013, launching the first activities of the company in Germany, and has since made use of his proven expertise in increasing efficiency and productivity in the execution of projects. He held the position of CEO between 2013 and 2018, after which he took over the Chairmanship of INTEC Global.

Adrien Joseph, the CEO of INTEC EU, is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunication, renewables, and environment sector. After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1993, he Joined US West as Technology Manager, and then worked with Sprint as the Manager of Wireless Product Development from 1995 to 1998, simultaneously completing his MBA in Marketing at Webster University.

He made the move to Tellabs in 1998, where over the next 14 years he held the posts of Group Product Manager, Director of System Engineering, and Director of Product Marketing.

He moved to Coriant & Co. KG Tellabs in 2012 as the Senior Director of Solution and Partnership Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) before being appointed VP of Sales & General Manager covering the Middle East and Africa.

He founded Solarize Technology Inc. in 2016 in the United States and launched Solarize Technology Europe in Poland in 2017 as a holding company. After INTEC Energy Solutions and Solarize Technology Europe co-founded INTEC EU, he was appointed CEO of INTEC EU in 2018. With more than 20 years of experience in the international market, he has positioned INTEC as one of the pioneering companies in the renewable market in Europe. 

Krzysztof Rupniewski graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Technology in Cracow. He is specialized in Management and Production Engineering, and in Information Technologies in Production Management systems.
 
He gained experience in all levels of engineering and managing at Can-Pack S.A., working as a Constructor-Technologist, Designer and Spare Part Specialist, and Project Manager. Since 2012, he has been the owner of PVC production company SECO Engineering and has been the Vice-Chairman of Solarize Technology Europe since March 2018. His various management positions in different sectors have provided him with extensive experience primarily in the restructuring and development of companies. He is continuously improving skills having certifications of PRINCE2, VCA Vol, SEP up to and above 1kV, SEP G2 and G3.
 
He joined INTEC in October 2018 as the Director of Operations in the European Union with responsibilities for all operational activities and project management, and he has been responsible for the operation of more than 100 projects since taking up his position at INTEC. He currently holds the position of Director of Project Development. 

José Manuel Rodríguez-Batllori de la Nuez has thirty years of background that spans multiple industries and a proven track record of success. He has a distinguished career in engineering and construction, especially in the renewable industry, holding roles as COO, Head of EPC, and Chief Projects Officer, General Manager, Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Manuel has led global teams in project development in industry-leading companies and introduced advanced project management systems. He has been involved in major projects, including utility-scale photovoltaic and wind power plants, HV substations, and various infrastructure and civil projects, totaling some 5 GW of grid export capacity.

As a COO at INTEC, Manuel oversees operations and strategic vision for a growing company portfolio of renewable energy projects in development. And he has Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Technical division, R&D division, and O&M divisions reporting to him.

Ilona Deregowska had senior management positions before joining INTEC, as Head of Treasury Department at Asseco Poland S.A. and as Financial Director at state-owned company Jastrzebska Spólka Weglowa, two significant stock exchange companies in Poland.
 
In her current position as CFO in INTEC EU, Ilona is responsible for all areas of finance including controlling (supervision of controlling budgeting processes, project controlling, forecasting, project controlling), treasury (cash flow, working capital, cash management, valuations, financial liquidity, currency risk management, hedging, and financing activity, demonstrated experience in previous companies of 1.5 billion hedge position currencies, commodities and credit exposure exceeding PLN 2 billion).

Ilona is in charge of overseeing the financial reporting, tax, and accounting procedures at INTEC. She implements ERP systems, handles relationships with foreign banks and financial institutions, and streamlines financial operations. She is a Member of the Association of Polish Corporate Treasurers (PCTA). Currently under ACCA studies - professional strategic level.

Radosław Załoziński - is a business-oriented senior executive with extensive experience in finance, Polish blue-chip corporations, international business development, controlling, corporate strategy, and process building. Practitioner in corporate banking and market products in the cross-border, multibranch environment. He has over 20 years of experience in the mining and energy industries, exclusively with stock exchange companies.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow - with a Master of Science in Economics, and IMD Business School Executive Academy in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Colorado School of Mine in Denver, US. He completed his postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.

Radosław has held key positions in different sector-leading companies up to the present with high-level financial affairs responsibilities. He was the Executive Director for Finance at KGHM, then the CFO and Member of the Board of JSW, and the CFO of Compremum before joining INTEC.

He has been the Chief of Staff at INTEC since March 2023, and his key responsibilities include engaging with INTEC's senior management to establish and prioritize company goals and processes. Radosław is also in charge of company development in the United States of America. He acts as a gatekeeper and monitors communications to and from the Office, Senior Management, and the Board.

Adrien Michelin was born and grew up in France and studied at Ecole Centrale Paris from 2005 to 2008 where he specialized in construction engineering and management. Before joining INTEC, Adrien was Business Unit Manager at Menard – a leading international geotechnical contracting company in which he previously held various other business development management positions and operational roles.

His work in the Middle East and Central Asia with Menard provided him with extensive experience in the development of new markets in an industry-leading construction company providing turnkey services in their field. Since 2022, Adrien has been the Head of Business Development at INTEC, responsible for the development of INTEC’s activities in both established and new markets.

Grzegorz Wedler holds a master's degree in law and political science from Jagiellonian University. He also pursued post-graduate studies in Public Procurement Law at the Kraków University of Economics. Grzegorz Wedler completed legal training at the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law after graduation and passed the state exam for attorneys-at-law. He has ten years of experience as an in-house lawyer, providing comprehensive legal services to businesses in a variety of industries.
 
Grzegorz has been the Head of the Legal Department at INTEC since 2023, where his main responsibilities include providing legal services to the company, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring the company's activities comply with the legal regulations of various EU countries, registering companies in various European countries, implementing internal regulations, and dealing with a variety of legal issues in day-to-day business.

Wojciech Gelner has over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, involving senior management positions and membership on Supervisory Boards. He was in charge of Human Resources Management and close cooperation with the Management Boards of significant Capital Groups with annual revenues in the billions and over 8000 employees.
 
He graduated with a Master of Science degree from Gdynia Maritime University's Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management - from the Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA - from the Warsaw School of Economics in cooperation with the University of Minnesota (USA).
 
Wojciech in his current position as Head of Global HR and Office Administration of INTEC, oversees processes of recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits, competence development, human mobility, "soft HR," and all administrative processes related to the offices' activities in each country where INTEC operates. 

With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Tuncay has dedicated their entire career to the renewable energy sector, leaving an indelible mark in various aspects of the field.

Tuncay, who has more than 13 years of experience in the solar PV industry, and proficient in project management, construction, design, procurement, and resource management, they have been a driving force behind numerous renewable energy projects. Their passion for sustainable solutions and technical prowess have resulted in the successful development and execution of innovative projects that harness the power of renewable energy sources, contributing significantly to a greener and more sustainable future.

Believing that life is a journey of self-development and continuing to work with this motto, he continues his duty as a Technical Director of the company.

Kübra Koç Dağdelen has worked in marketing communication and brand management roles for businesses that operate internationally in the FMCG, legal, construction, and energy industries for more than 17 years. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 2004.
 
She began her professional career at Yörsan Group, where she worked in the corporate communication department. Later, she joined Hidromek Construction Machinery Company, where she worked in the marketing department as the PR & Advertising Manager. Then, she was appointed as Head of Strategy, Communication, and HR at the Notaries Union of Turkey. Since 2021, she has held the position of Director of Global Marketing & Communications at INTEC Energy Solutions.
 
She has in-depth expertise in brand management, corporate communication, and marketing in the field of creative and digital,international negotiations, project management, collaboration with the highest levels of government and private businesses, and people managerial functions and has extensive experience in building and implementing comprehensive business development and communication plans.

Metin Beyaz has over 15 years of Project Management experience with the achievement of large-scale and international projects in construction, renewable energy, and environment sectors. He graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Osmangazi-Eskisehir University in Civil Engineering and got a master's degree from Ege University in Business Administration.

In his past career, he worked at Tavsanoglu Group as a Construction Manager in Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan BTC Crude Oil Pipeline Project. Later, he worked at Cementır Holding S.p.A as a Project Leader. Then he worked at Inka Group as a Project Coordinator. In his current position as Project Director in INTEC Energy Solutions, Metin is responsible for all projects in the EU, including providing leadership to Project Managers, monitoring overall progress, and ensuring projects’ quality.

Serkan Kula has experience in planning and purchasing in the field of renewable energy. He received his degree from the Energy Systems Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Korkut Ata University. His master's degree in mechanical engineering focused on the thermodynamic study of various dryer refrigeration systems.

He has co-authored several scientific works. He held a professional Planning and Control Engineer position with TACA Group between 2014 and 2017. He has been in charge of overseeing the procurement part of large-scale projects in the photovoltaic sector. He joined INTEC in 2017 as a Supply Chain Manager.

He strives to provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity and yield from main equipment to the miscellaneous items required in every stage of a project. He increases his technical knowledge by utilizing cutting-edge techniques, and he never stops learning and training.

Halil İbrahim Keçeci graduated from the Energy Systems Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at Korkut Ata University. He has ten years of extensive design and managerial experience in the renewable energy sector. He has focused his career on projects in the MENA, EU, and Turkey regions. He designed multiple solar projects with more than 1 GWp capacity globally.
 
He joined Intec Energy Solutions in 2017 in the role of Design Engineer. He contributed to the planning and design of the projects at Intec Energy Solutions that today generate 1 GW or so of electricity for use in Europe. He is currently in charge of large-scale projects. He has worked on a variety of all-solar power plant projects, including ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, greenhouse, and floating systems. He currently oversees certified design engineers and uses his in-depth knowledge of design technology to maximize productivity.
