Job Description

Overview

Reliable Site Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Duties

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Review the work progress on daily basis

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in construction management

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Establishing, implementing and maintaining the integrated management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
  • Monitoring & reporting to the Quality Management on the performance of the integrated management system and any need for improvement.
  • Operating the Document Control System 
  • Controls the Internal Audit System, including scheduling of audits and allocation of resources for conduct the audit. 
  • Coordinates the Management Review System Report to the QA/QC Manager directly, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System.
  • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction / observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. 
  • Implement the QA/QC management system at sites.
  • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all testing and inspection activities on site.
  • Review Sub Contractor’s method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.
  • Monitor delivery of permanent materials and ensure the quality of products / consumables / materials comply with requirements of established Standards & Specifications.
  • Perform routine surveillance, inspection, monitoring, auditing & assurance of Sub Contractor’s site activities in accordance with the Projects and Contractors, specifications, ITP and Quality Plans.
  • Ensure all the personnel employed and operating in QA/QC activities is duly skilled and qualified in accordance with the applicable specifications, codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
  • Coordinate all receipt inspections
  • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
  • Participate in the internal and external site audits
  • Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors

  • Coordinating and executing all communication activities,
  • Developing and deploying strategic communication plans objectives; in line with the corporate communication strategy that include media outreach, materials development, events and/or sponsorships to support company positioning to increase visibility,
  • Actively responsible for content creation of internal and external communication products,
  • Generate content across the various external communications channels, including press releases, articles and blog posts for the web site, and social media updates, web content, video scripting and email,
  • Ensuring all documents for external dissemination are well written, grammatically correct, and fit for purpose,
  • Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear,
  • Researching and recommending various industry-relevant themes and hot topics to produce INTEC ENERGY’s thought leadership/position to positively amplify our brand, culture, and areas important to our industry/markets,
  • Employing the creative content development process to produce compelling copy for a broad range of channels and audiences (national marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, headlines, recruiting promotions, client newsletters, interactive brochures)
  • Being able to turn complex technical topics into approachable and relatable content,
  • Identifying and prioritizing product groups/categories that will be communicated,
  • Creating new social and online engagement approaches,
  • Managing all related third-party relationship (i.e., PR agencies, Digital agencies, Creative agencies, Sustainability agencies etc.),
  • Preparing/ writing texts; official letters, bulletins, newsletters summarizing an internal event,
  • Working on the content of corporate websites and making sure that they are up to date.
